Senior Sales Engineer x2
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 basic + car, bonus and other benefits

We are seeking two ambitious and commercially focused Senior Sales Engineers to join a growing business operating across the HVAC, engineering, and construction markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded sales professional to represent a respected company, develop key client relationships, and play a direct role in driving business growth across a defined regional patch.

In this role, you will act as a trusted commercial and technical partner to both existing and prospective clients in your region, developing tailored solutions that meet customer requirements and support long-term account growth.

The Role

Reporting to the sales leadership team, the Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for delivering sales and growth targets across your target region (Northern or Southern region). You will combine technical understanding with a consultative sales approach to support clients from initial engagement through to proposal and close.

Key responsibilities include:

Representing the company to established and prospective clients across the region.
Developing bespoke technical solutions based on customer needs and product capability.
Preparing and presenting sales proposals and commercial recommendations.
Managing and growing strong commercial relationships with key accounts.
Developing new business opportunities and supporting account expansion.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales pipeline data.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

The Candidate

We are looking for a proven technical sales professional with experience in HVAC, engineering, or construction. You will be confident managing customer relationships, shaping sales opportunities, and working independently across a regional territory.

You will need:

Proven technical sales experience.
Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Experience building and sustaining long-term client relationships.
Competence in CRM software and pipeline management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A proactive, commercially aware, and solutions-led mindset.
Experience within HVAC, engineering, or construction would be highly advantageous.
