The organization is seeking a highly accomplished Project Executive to lead its premier Data Center Construction division.
This senior leadership role carries absolute accountability for the executive oversight, strategic direction, and financial performance of massive, multi-phase mission-critical projects.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Mission Critical, the Project Executive will serve as the primary liaison for hyperscale clients, ensure operational excellence from preconstruction through commissioning, and mentor the next generation of construction leaders.
The Role
Serves as the principal point of contact for hyperscale and enterprise tech clients, fostering long-term relationships built on transparency and execution.
Aligns project delivery strategies with the client’s fast-tracked master deployment schedules.
Represents the organization in high-stakes negotiations, joint venture alignments, and executive-level project reviews.
Governs the execution of complex data center projects, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and tight schedule constraints.
Holds full P&L accountability for a project portfolio exceeding $500M.
Partners closely with the estimating team during preconstruction to optimize value engineering, constructability reviews, and target-value design.
The Person
Will have experience working for an ENR top 10 construction business.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years explicitly dedicated to managing massive data center projects (hyperscale experience preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
Leadership: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams of over 50 personnel.
