Regional Sales Manager – South of England
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 plus bonus, car, package

Our client is a global leader in the design and manufacture of power generation and material handling equipment, delivering innovation, performance, and reliability to customers worldwide.
We are seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager to lead and grow sales across the South of England. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing dealer and distributor relationships, and driving sales of their comprehensive equipment range.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales across your assigned region – from London through to the South West and Cornwall.
Develop strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Work closely with the internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Deliver on sales targets and report regional performance against key commercial objectives.
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform business strategy.
About You
Proven track record in field sales or area management, ideally within the power generation, industrial equipment, or construction sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Confident and self-motivated, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working independently and travelling regularly across the region.
Full UK driving licence.
