Overview
A fast-growing construction equipment rental company is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead operational performance, fleet efficiency, and service excellence across multiple U.S. locations. This role will drive consistency, safety, and profitability while supporting continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations, fleet management, and service delivery across all branches.
• Improve operational processes, rental readiness, maintenance standards, and asset utilization.
• Lead and mentor branch managers and operational teams to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction through reliable equipment availability and responsive support.
• Support network growth, branch expansion, and operational integration.

Candidate Profile
• Proven operational leadership experience in construction equipment rental, heavy equipment, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of fleet management, logistics, and maintenance operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site teams and standardize processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.
• Results-driven, safety-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
