As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Executive Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in headhunting and placing C-suite executives.

The Role
You will take ownership of executive search mandates, working closely with clients to identify, engage, and secure senior leadership talent. This role is focused on retained and contingent search assignments at board and C-suite level.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end executive search assignments
Proactively headhunting and engaging C-suite and senior leadership candidates
Building and maintaining strong client relationships at board level
Conducting in-depth candidate assessments and managing complex hiring processes
Advising clients on market trends, talent mapping, and hiring strategy
Maintaining a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and delivery
About You
Proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment (C-suite essential)
Demonstrable success in headhunting and placing senior leadership candidates
Strong commercial acumen and client management skills
Confident communicator with the ability to influence at board level
Highly organised, driven, and results-focused
