Senior Product Manager – Aerial Work Platforms
Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 + comprehensive package

Our client, a leading manufacturer of construction equipment; including excavators, loaders, and telehandlers. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of their Aerial Work Platforms and Access Equipment portfolio.
This is a high-impact role responsible for driving product strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management within a growing segment of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute product strategy for aerial work platforms
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and operations
Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into product requirements
Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in product management within Construction or Heavy Equipment
Strong knowledge of Access Equipment or related machinery
Commercially driven with excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead product development in a technical environment
