Service Manager – EMEA
Salary: €90,000 to €100,000 plus bonus

Our client, a leading global manufacturer of Construction Equipment, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee Aftersales Operations and drive Service excellence across their EMEA market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and technical support
Lead and support a team of service technicians and regional partners
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and rapid issue resolution
Monitor service performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in service or Aftersales management within Construction Equipment or a related industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid technical understanding of heavy machinery
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
Fluent in German and English
