We are partnering with a leading provider of critical infrastructure and support services within the data centre sector to appoint a commercially driven Sales Director.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, and shaping the UK sales strategy within a fast-evolving, high-demand market.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take full ownership of the sales function, leading both strategic business development and key client relationships across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre operators.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing a UK-wide sales strategy aligned to ambitious growth targets
Identifying and securing new business opportunities across data centre construction, maintenance, and technical services
Building and nurturing senior-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing sales team
Collaborating with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the data centre ecosystem

The Candidate

We are seeking a proven sales leader with a strong track record in the data centre, critical infrastructure, or related technical services sectors.

You will bring:

Demonstrable success in a senior sales or commercial leadership role
Strong network and market knowledge within UK data centres (hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise)
Experience selling technical or service-based solutions (e.g. M&E, maintenance, engineering services, or infrastructure solutions)
Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
