Salary: £160k

Our client is a nationally recognised civil engineering and infrastructure contractor with an extensive portfolio of major projects. Due to continued strategic expansion and new contract awards, they are seeking to appoint a Regional Commercial Director to oversee commercial operations across London and the South East.
The Role
Will report to the Executive Board and hold full commercial responsibility for the region, managing a established team of commercial managers, quantity surveyors, and estimators.
Will involve a high level of client engagement, fostering long-term relationships with infrastructure bodies, local authorities, and strategic partners.
Will require regular travel to various project sites across London and the South East to oversee project commercial performance, risk governance, and contract management.
Will ensure robust commercial controls are embedded across all live schemes to safeguard margins and optimize profitability.
The Person
Will be degree-educated in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, ideally holding MRICS or CICES accreditation.
Will possess a proven track record of executive commercial leadership within the UK civil engineering and infrastructure sector.
Will demonstrate exceptional client-facing capabilities alongside strong negotiation and strategic leadership abilities.
Will be based in or within easy commuting distance of London and willing to travel across the South East region.
