Category Manager – Global Operations
Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 per annum (DOE)

What You Will Do
Architect and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for critical electrical components
Take full accountability for cost optimisation, quality assurance, and compliance across key global suppliers
Build resilient, high-value vendor relationships through robust commercial negotiations and ongoing performance management
Leverage deep data insights to anticipate market shifts, hedge against supply disruptions, and capitalise on emerging opportunities
Align international supply chain capabilities with regional demand to ensure seamless delivery
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrated success in electronics manufacturing category management, with focused experience in the data centre sector and North American markets (wider global exposure is a significant advantage)
Proven track record of building trust and negotiating effectively across multicultural, distributed stakeholder networks
Strong command of supply chain risk mitigation, process optimisation, and supplier score carding/KPI management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams (fluency in multiple languages is a distinct plus)
