Salary: €180,000 plus Bonus and LTIP

About the Role
A leading global construction equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead its European operations from Germany. This senior role will drive strategy, growth, and operational excellence across multiple markets while representing a highly respected global brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the European strategy and regional P&L.
• Oversee sales, service, and distribution performance.
• Strengthen dealer networks and major customer relationships.
• Build and develop high-performing, multi-country teams.
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
• Senior leadership experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or similar industrial sectors.
• Strong commercial and strategic capabilities with multi-country P&L ownership.
• Deep understanding of European markets and distribution channels.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; German or other European languages advantageous.
