Role: MEP Senior Project Manager
Salary : £65,000 – £78,000

Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior M&E Project Manager to join our client as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing several commercial projects at any one time. This may include Healthcare, Education, Retail, Leisure Centres, Public Buildings and light industrial projects to name a few.
Duties
• Successfully deliver MEP Projects on-time and within budget
• Liaise with contractors and sub-contractors
• Manage labour and associated costs
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address and troubleshooting that maybe required
• Liaise with the Operations Manager, Directors, Clients and Stakeholders when required.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers and wholesalers
• Adhere to all Health & Safety whilst ensuring staff and sub-contractors do the same.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and relevant legal regulations concerning financial matters.
Experience
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role within the MEP industry (contracting or consulting)
• Strong experience delivering commercial projects
• A strong background in Mechanical & Electrical Building Services (either bias)
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• CAD and/or Revit proficiency is naturally ideal.
• Strong communication skills, capable of negotiating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A solid background starting as a time served apprentice as either and Electrician, Plumber or Gas Engineer is the type of candidate that is best suited to the role as there is a mix of site and office work.
