Base Salary: USD $200,000 per annum

Position Overview
We are recruiting an experienced and commercially driven Regional Vice President of Construction Equipment to lead North American operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive market expansion, strategic initiatives, and revenue growth.
You will oversee all regional commercial operations, channel partnerships, and customer relationships across designated USA territories. This is a high-impact executive role suited to an ambitious leader with a proven track record in heavy equipment sales, distribution, or equipment manufacturing sectors.

The Role
As Regional Vice President of Construction Equipment, your key responsibilities will include:

Commercial Leadership & Strategy
• Develop and execute regional commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring aggressive yet sustainable revenue growth
• Establish and maintain key account relationships with major construction contractors, infrastructure developers, and equipment rental companies
• Lead contract negotiations and manage strategic partnerships with distribution channels and equipment dealers
• Direct pricing strategy, promotional initiatives, and market positioning across all brands within the region

Operational Oversight
• Manage and mentor a high-performing regional sales and operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Oversee inventory management, logistics coordination, and equipment deployment to ensure optimal market supply and customer fulfilment
• Monitor operational KPIs and financial performance metrics, driving continuous improvement across all regional functions
• Implement best-practice procedures for customer service, technical support, and equipment warranty management

Market Development & Business Growth
• Identify market opportunities and emerging segments, developing actionable growth strategies
• Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and client forums to enhance brand presence and visibility
• Build and strengthen relationships with OEM partners, ensuring collaborative alignment on commercial objectives
• Develop innovative approaches to customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimisation

Requirements & Experience

Essential Criteria
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in heavy equipment sales, distribution, or equipment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a regional or national leadership position
• Proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth and expanding market share in competitive commercial environments
• Deep knowledge of construction equipment market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L budgets exceeding $50 million, with responsibility for pricing, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in negotiation, contract management, and strategic account development
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, including the ability to recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
• Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and digital platforms
• MBA or equivalent business qualification (or equivalent experience demonstrating strategic business expertise)
