Mechanical Supervisor (HVAC)

Overview
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Supervisor (HVAC background) for a medium sized Tier 2 business based in Yorkshire. This solid business has pipeline reaching beyond 2027 mainly in the healthcare and education sectors. Due to their order books continuing to grow, they now need a mechanically biased Project manager to assist with the delivery of these Projects which are typically in the North of England as they like to keep work as local as possible.
Duties
Onsite delivery of HVAC installations alongside HVAC Engineers
Liaise with the Engineers and Project Managers
Oversee the work/progress of the Engineers
Assist with any snagging
Be the point of contact for the Project managers and/or upper management
Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Adhere to all Health & Safety and construction regulations.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations are met.
Experience
Proven experience on the tools working your way up to Supervisor level
Strong experience delivering commercial projects (health care and education is ideal)
Ability to coordinate and instruct other engineers
Excellent organisational skills
Have a positive attitude as the job is hard work as you know
Strong communication skills.
A suitable HVAC Qualification/apprenticeship as a base
