Engineering Manager- Construction Equipment

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package
We are recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a leading construction equipment manufacturer. This is a multi-site leadership role, responsible for managing engineering operations across multiple facilities and leading a team of up to 40 engineers.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop engineering teams across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Drive engineering excellence, product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee engineering resources, project delivery and technical performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing and Product Development teams.
• Mentor engineering leaders and build a high-performing engineering culture.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ engineering experience within a construction equipment manufacturing business.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in a multi-site environment.
• Strong people management, technical leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
