Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + car allowance

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients growing team working across civils and highways projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute professional to take ownership of financial control, valuations and contract administration within a busy operational environment.
The role
Manage the financial performance and valuation of projects.
Maintain accurate financial control systems and prepare monthly cost value reconciliation reports.
Support operational teams with all contract and commercial matters.
Ensure clear and effective communication between site and office teams.
Travel to site as required to support staff and clients.
About you
BSc / HND / HNC in Quantity Surveying is desirable, but not essential.
Minimum of three years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within highways and/or the local authority sector.
Experience working with operational teams on cost value reports and project management costs.
Strong knowledge of NEC forms of contract is essential.
Full UK driving licence.
