Aftersales Manager
Salary: 22,000 AED per month plus car

Our client is a leading powered access rental company with operations across multiple GCC countries.
They are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead and develop their aftersales function, ensuring the highest levels of customer support, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency across the region.
Reporting to senior management, the Aftersales Manager will be responsible for overseeing service, maintenance, parts, warranty, and technical support activities, while driving customer satisfaction and maximising fleet uptime.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aftersales operations, including service, maintenance, technical support, and spare parts functions.
Ensure high levels of equipment availability and reliability through effective maintenance planning and execution.
Develop and implement aftersales strategies to improve customer retention, service quality, and profitability.
Manage and support regional service teams, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to fleet uptime, response times, workshop productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee parts inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimise equipment downtime.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a key escalation point for technical and service-related matters.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendations, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
Work closely with operations, rental, and sales teams to support business growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage departmental budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an Aftersales, Service, or Maintenance Management role within powered access, plant hire, construction equipment, material handling, or heavy equipment industries.
Strong technical knowledge of powered access equipment and maintenance practices.
Experience managing multi-site or regional service operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Commercially aware with the ability to drive operational performance and profitability.
GCC experience is highly desirable.
