Regional Sales Manager
Compensation: $120,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme

Overview
A leading manufacturer of powered access equipment is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Texas. This role will focus on developing new business, strengthening dealer and rental channel relationships, and maximizing market share in a rapidly expanding territory.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow sales across Texas with a focus on scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers.
• Develop strong relationships with rental companies, dealers, and major construction customers.
• Identify new opportunities and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Provide product expertise, demos, and support to customers and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain CRM data.

Candidate Profile
• Successful track record in equipment sales, preferably powered access or related heavy equipment.
• Strong network within rental, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing a large territory.
• Based in Texas with regular regional travel.
