Mechanical Estimator (HVAC Building Services)
Salary: £48 – 52k plus healthcare, pension and other benefits

Overview
We are currently seeking an Estimator ideally from a HVAC Building Services background to work for a well established and respected Tier 2 Building Services Contractor. Their projects may not be massive with the average package worth circa £200k but this is a role where you can make a difference to the company’s future.
Duties
Estimate HVAC requirements for commercial projects such as Healthcare, Leisure Centres, Council and Public buildings etc.
Liaise with the Project Managers, Estimating Manager and MD as and when required
Carry out site surveys when required
Be part of the tendering process
Be a point of contact for the design engineers
Maintain relationships with clients
Detail accurate estimations
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations are met.
Experience
Proven experience as an Estimator in the HVAC Building Services industry
Familiarity with Trimple MEP Estimating software is highly desirable
A good range of experience across various projects
Ability to coordinate and liaise with other Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers and Commercial Managers etc
Excellent organisational skills
Have a positive attitude as the job is hard work as you know
Strong communication skills.
A suitable industry qualification will always be looked upon favourably.
