Salary: £60,000 basic + Tesla Model 3 car + benefits

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Project Manager to join our client and take ownership of projects from initial handover through to successful completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional to join a growing business and play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients across the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
You will work closely with clients, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently and to maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires a confident and proactive individual with strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within HVAC, engineering, or construction is essential, along with a proven ability to resolve issues quickly and make sound decisions.

The Role
Reporting to the senior management team, the Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and coordination through to delivery and final handover. You will be the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a consistent standard of service throughout.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing projects from initiation through to completion.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
Coordinating with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitoring project progress and addressing risks or delays promptly.
Preparing and maintaining project documentation and reporting.
Building strong client relationships and supporting customer satisfaction.
Using project management software and tools effectively to track delivery.
Supporting continuous improvement across project delivery processes.
The Candidate
We are looking for a proven Project Manager with experience in HVAC, engineering, or construction. You will be confident managing several projects at once and comfortable working in a client-facing, solutions-led environment.
You will need:
Proven experience in project management within HVAC, engineering, or construction.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A proactive, organised, and commercially aware approach.
