Our client is a leading North American distributor of electronic components seeking a high-impact Sales Director to accelerate revenue growth, expand strategic enterprise accounts, and lead a national sales organization.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this executive role will drive the expansion of OEM and EMS partnerships across the U.S., with a strong focus on scalable growth, market penetration, and commercial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a national sales strategy to increase market share across industrial, automotive, and aerospace segments.
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of regional sales leaders and account executives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
Build and expand strategic relationships with Tier 1 OEMs and EMS providers, securing long-term, high-value contracts.
Leverage market intelligence, supply chain trends, and demand forecasting to shape sales strategy and inform executive decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product management, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and market demand.
Candidate Profile
8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within electronic components, semiconductors, or hardware manufacturing.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing multi-million-dollar P&L responsibility within the U.S. market.
Established network of senior-level relationships across OEM and EMS organizations.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market data into actionable growth strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
